"We stayed for the room, not for casino. The room was spacious enough. Staff were nice. Several restaurant choices. Gift shop had some varsity of blankets, hats, some swim suites, jewelry etc and snacks and drinks. The hotel checks your temperature at the entrance, inside your purse, and then ID when you go to the elevator to your room. It may be excessive but traveling with just me and my daughter, I felt safe having eyes.

"Friendly staff. Nice facilities. It used to be a Comfort Inn (card on the back of the door), so still gives the same type of breakfast. Convenient location to Yosemite and a reasonable price. Go through the hotel it will be about $50 cheaper than going through Expedia. "
"I was very pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. The on-site restaurant was delicious, the front desk staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, the parking was easy, the grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable. We only stayed for one night for our trip to Yosemite and it was a wonderful stop to rest. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Yosemite, it has a lot of character."
"We really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect location to come back to after a day of hiking at Yosemite national park.The house was clean, and had plenty of space for our family of six. All four kids had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub at night. Was close to grocery stores so we could stock up buying food. We also enjoyed dinner at 41 smokehouse in town. Plenty in the area in the neighborhood was safe!"

"We had a great stay at Yosemite’s Shangri-La. The property was perfect for our needs. It is a great spot for a family or mix of friends. The last 1/4 mile to the driveway is pretty bumpy and unpaved, but if you go slow there shouldn't be a problem navigating/ staying safe (which is no reflection on the home, just FYI if you are renting a vehicle, we would recommend an SUV over a small or sport car). We appreciated that they posted a request for no shoes in the house. The sunset was beautiful from the deck! We had an impromptu request a couple days before the stay and the owner was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay again & recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in the Oakhurst area! "
"The unit was in a private property area right next to the owner’s home, but it felt private. There were some farm animals and pens close by and they were fun to watch. You have to be very careful not to let the horse out by the gate when coming and going. The only issue that was mostly solved with ear plugs is that there was a working dog on the property that barked most of the night warding off predators. A rooster also did what roosters do and started its wake up call at about 4:00 AM each morning. If you like animals and can sleep through noise you will likely love the place. "
"We were so happy to get a space close enough to Yosemite and Bass Lake. Although we were never there, it was a perfect accommodation for morning coffee and sleep. If you need a place to crash, with a bit of glamping, this is your spot! "

"pro: location is close to freeway 41 and atractions.con: dirty rooms, bed linings, broken bathroom doors and holes on bathroom wall. floor is dirty and kitchen ultilities missing and dirty. Make sure you check around and report or you may be set up for fee later. I bought insurrance but feeling be ripped off for 400 clean up fee. Cant add photos"

"Our family got together to celebrate our grandpa and this was a wonderful getaway from the city. The house had everything for our family of 20 needed for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the basketball court, game room, and fire pit. "

"The house is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It have great views and plenty of parking. Plenty of rooms for kids to run around. Big living room for family board games. The location, house and size is great but there seems to be a lack of maintenance inside the property. Lots of broken stuff. Most of the blinds are broken and can not be raise or lower, one of the bathroom don't have an exhaust vent, broken towel holder, etc. I recommend that you take pictures of all broken item like I did because you can be charge for these stuff. There are also 3 security camera outside the property and one have a view of the hot tub, which is kinda creepy. we did not use the hot tub because it was too cold in the winter and the smell of chlorine was too strong. The mattresses seems to be on the stiff side. The WIFi here is horrible, you can only get signal in the bedroom next to the kitchen where the router is at and in the kitchen, the rest of the house have no WIFI signal. Overall, we had a great time."

"This was a terrific experience!!! The host stayed in contact to let us know they were available if we needed anything but we didn’t!!! They had everything you could want in the kitchen with lots of games and activities available. So clean and beautifully decorated. The property looks s huge. We stayed over Christmas and they even had a tree lit up inside! We are definitely planning on going back in the summer so we can enjoy all the outdoor beauty. And the jet tub in the master…. We all used that so much it was fantastic!!! Definitely recommend this property it is great for large groups!Penny and Bernard "

"Beautiful get away in nature! We absolutely lived the cabin and the grounds. There is a catch snd release fishing pond on the property! We kayaked, used the paddle boat and fished so much of the day. We cooked at the cabin. The kids loved the bunk beds snd the adults had their own private bedrooms. We truly needed this family get away and could not have asked for a more perfect place. We did not want to leave. The owner was so gracious too. We will be back!"
