Joel Hotel was presented exactly as advertised. The room we had was very modern with a great sea view and a spacious balcony. The pool area was clean with a great pool bar service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Microwave did not work in cabin. Housekeeping took all dirty towels on 3rd day as we were told but when we returned late that evening we found they only gave us several new towels & it was not enough for the 5 of us in reservation yo shower. Went to front desk to get towels & was told he could not get them to us til the following day. SUPER over priced to wash & dry laundry in tiny washer/dryers.

Friendly welcome and very useful local information. Room was spacious, clean and lovely sea view from balcony. Good options for breakfast. Walking distance from Borik beach and local restaurants. 10 min bus ride to Zadar old town. Highly recommended.

"The hotel is very dated. The Airconditioning in the room was ineffective and looked like it was very old. The shower holder was broken and only one light was working in the room. The welcome at the front desk, however, was very professional and friendly. There was parking outside."
