"It was a fantastic nights stay, wish we could have stayed longer, as we were just passing through! The spa was amazing, lovely warm water temperature, great facilities with sauna and steam room, and really great planning to have family swim slots. The breakfast was delicious, great that it was included in the price of the room and staff so friendly. We stayed in the suite, not much extra a night but the room facilities were fantastic"

"Quiet even by the airport. Easy to get in to Rochester and surrounding places. Easy available parking. Loved the pool, steam room and sauna….really missed the hot tub/jacuzzi as it was not working. Great variety and quality at breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Superb wood beamed manor house. Very comfy room, amazing food. Couldn't fault it. Worth a walk around also, as some amazing architectural features and history. Highly recommended, if back in the area, would definitely stay there again."

"We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome by a lovely male receptionist, he was very helpful and reassuring too when a incident occurred, which was not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself was very clean and so was our hotel room. Our hotel room had a bath too which was a lovely suprise, the beds were warm and comfy. I honestly would stay there again and recommend to friends too. The only thing the hotel doesn't have a lift so it made it awkward going upstairs and downstairs with suitcases and a pram however the male receptionist did carry our luggage upstairs for us."
