“Always great ”

“We had a very friendly welcome and it was a lovely comfy pub/hotel. The room was comfy and warm and had all the facilities. ”

“Excellent stay again with family, the rooms are spacious and very modern. Happy to return when we next in the area.”

“The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and……

“Quality of the room was awful Room was a musty smell Temperature of hot water in the sink bathroom tap was ridiculously hot and the cold tap was shut off..... TV reception so poor was unable to watch The room needs updating / modernising Room needs attention ....Not enough electrical points or USB.... Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again .....better accomodation and requirements at other hotels for the price with no breakfast included... In actual fact i think the whole of the hotel and……

“Great hotel and breakfast”

“It wouldn’t be fair to leave a very negative review as nobody can control the weather of course! And the building and room was clean. However, I spoke to a member of staff saying that the particular room we stayed in faced the sun all day and was unbearably hot and asked is there another room available at all as it just wasn’t habitable at that temperature. The staff member said they were sorry and understood what I was talking about and was aware that room bares the brunt when temps are high……
