“We had a lovely 1 night stay at The Seven Hotel in Southend. The staff were absolutely brilliant — friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely, especially the bed and bedding, which felt much better quality than most hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had a gorgeous view over the Thames Estuary. It was an easy walk from Southend Central Station too, which made getting there really straightforward. I would definitely recommend……

“Quality of the room was awful Room was a musty smell Temperature of hot water in the sink bathroom tap was ridiculously hot and the cold tap was shut off..... TV reception so poor was unable to watch The room needs updating / modernising Room needs attention ....Not enough electrical points or USB.... Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again .....better accomodation and requirements at other hotels for the price with no breakfast included... In actual fact i think the whole of the hotel and……

“We was in the house round from hotel our room nice and big and clean we had own keys to get in and staff was vey helpful we have been there 3 times now so would stay again”

“Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.”
