"The room was utterly filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned--the toilet was beyond dirty, there was no soap or lotion on the sink (I found the used bar soap on the shower floor), there was hair and dirt on the floor throughout the bathroom and bedroom. It was appalling. I was going to write a note before checking out, but there was no pen. The pool was filled with leaves. I would recommend others avoid this place at all costs. "

"The staff was pleasant, the room was really clean above my expectations, and we didn't have a kitchen. The only bad thing is the coffee maker did not taste very good at all, the water tasted kind of plastic or like the coffee maker wasn't rinsed very well. Other than that, it was great room."
"Our stay was wonderful. 3 adults and 2 dogs. Open spacious floor plan and enjoyable private yard. Location was excellent..Look forward to renting again."
Brand New in the Heart of East Hampton Village with Pool
10/10 Excellent
"This is a lovely well maintained home. We never used pool room but there are plenty of spots to “detach” if you have a crowd. Beds were very comfortable … each with tv. Location is perfect for walkers."
Walking distance to the East Hampton Film Festival
8/10 Good
"Overall stay was great! The space was nice and location was great for our long weekend. I do wish it stated in the listing prior to booking that it was a split level house and that we'd be staying ontop of someone who lives there. We saw it was a split in the detailed instructions we got AFTER booking. Although we had our own entrance, we utilized the same parking space and it kept us a bit on edge about how much noise we were making with the toddlers we had as part of our group. "
