Enjoy this NEW LUXURY FOUR bedroom Townhome at prestigious, "The Grande @ Canal Pointe". East of Coastal Highway, you can drive to Rehoboth Beach without using Coastal Highway ALONG with (1) Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit. Located near Canal Corkrin, this beautiful community has two swimming pools, tennis & sports court.

This luxury home is brand NEW with all NEW furniture! The home is equipped with a beautiful kitchen, dining and combined great room. There is one owner suite with bathroom on the first floor. There are an additional two bedrooms on the second floor and there is a lower level great room with an additional bedroom and bathroom.

The community allows you close access to the bike trail where you can ride for miles and close to tons of outlet shopping!

The waterview deck has a gas grill, great for dining and relaxing!
