Good hotel but poor breakfast

Hotel is fine and comfort is good. Location perfect. But the breakfast buffet is way below expectations - specially at a rate of EUR15,-.

Perfectly located near the Gare Centrale and the Tram line, plus just less than a 100 metres from Pl. Drouet d'Erlon where many restaurants and shops are located; in fact there is a Michelin listed restaurant next door. Additionally, their roof top bar is very nice with a great view over the city including the Notre Dame cathedral in the background (great selfie shot)

Air conditioning was not working. Hotel hastily explained that due to conservation of power sometimes the motor would just not turn on. Then the hotel shd be priced as if it did not have A/C

Not what we expected.

Not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. Clean and nice room once we arrived. Overall service wasn't good - we had problems with the lighting in the room (turns off after 2 minutes). The receptionists went to check and told that it was just us that did it wrong, and we just had to press the card 'deeper' down the power-box (which we couldn't because it couldn't go deeper). After a shower, the floor outside the bathroom was wet, even though there were no water on the floor in the bathroom, so there might be a water-issue below the floor. Breakfast was not 15-euro worth, no plates and very messy setup - seems like it was just put up super fast, because then after 30 minutes another employee came and changed the random positions of everything and added plates. Not very delicious setup.

Manque d’hospitalité !

J’ai payé les petits déjeuner en arrivant à l’hôtel Nous nous sommes levés trop tard pour pouvoir les prendre : lors du Check out, je demande le remboursement et ils n’ont pas voulu C’est une honte : établissement à fuir au niveau commercial !!!

Séjour agréable malgré quelques fausses notes.

Bonjour, La literie mérite un rafraichissement. En effet, elle fait preuve de quelques faiblesse. De plus, l'état de la bonde du lavabo de salle de bain mérite un rajeunissement. Impossible de la manœuvré et propreté douteuse de celle-ci (comme elle n'est pas manœuvrable j'ai due la sortir). Par contre, le bar au 5eme étage est super. La salle petit déjeuné également. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique. La boisson à disposition à l'accueil est très agréable si le voyage vous as donner grand soif.

Emplacement au top, siuation ideale. Chambre confortable avec une très bonne literie. Seul petit bemol, les chambres donnant sur les promenandes ont une très jolie vue mais faut accepter un peu de bruit. Je n hériterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour

Séjour plus que convenable au regard du prix. Des twin beds : dommage... Pièce salle d'eau & toilettes particulière (agencement). Petit déjeuner moyen. Chambre très calme. Le Rooftop est un gros avantage. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné. La localisation est idéale.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, schön zentral. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Frühstück könnte für 15€ etwas reichhaltiger sein. Aber die Croissants waren super, bekommt man so nur in Frankreich

Hôtel très sympa bien placé dans le centre de Reims L’accueil est chaleureux La literie excellente et une super douche à l’italienne chambre 325 Quelques petits manques (porte serviette dans la salle de bain, bouilloire ...) et la douche mal faite donc l’eau s’étend un peu dans la salle de bain La chambre n’est pas très grande mais agréable avec une grande télé et un wifi performant Restaurant pas essayé mais qui a l’air bien sympa 21€ plat dessert ou entrée plat et 28 pour les 3 Bon rapport qualité prix
