Overall I found the White Hart excellent value for money. It's a dated property, but the room had been painted and the bathroom spruced up not long ago, so it was neat and clean. The parking area/entrance was a bit cramped and could do with some sprucing up. The breakfast was great value for a cooked breakfast and continental selection, and the cinnamon bun was delicious!

Had a lovely stay at the Limes, staff were incredibly accommodating and room was lovely. Had all the facilities we needed. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area!

This was a reasonably priced and fairly comfortable option. Staff were generally very helpful and exceptionally polite. However, on our arrival after being seated in the brasserie, we had to wait a long time and eventually find someone, to place our order. We liked our room with balcony, and the parkland environment. However, it was impossible to use the bathroom during the night without waking the other occupant because of light spillage. As a suggestion it would be good for the hotel to work with the university management to develop a safe pedestrian route to the bus stops at South Courts - the footpath runs out at the car parks and we found we had to walk on the road to progress towards the bus stop. This would be completely unmanageable for someone in a wheelchair. There was a wedding going on during our stay and as the wedding party were using the enclosed garden space, we weren't sure if we could sit there.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient for the airport. Would recommend other would be flyers to stay.
