“This was an outstanding stopover for a couple of nights. A most welcoming hostess, overseeing our visit throughout. The room, although not large, was clean and well maintained, and like the rest of the property spick and span. Breakfast was outrageously generous, both in size and content. The location is very quiet and highly suited to visiting local attractions, being only 5 mins drive from Aldeburgh and 10 mins from Snape, with car parking well provided on site. Thoroughly recommended.”

“The whole accommodation is excellent plenty of parking, good size rooms, a wonderful buffet breakfast and only 5 minutes walk to an excellent pub/restaurant.”

“Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious”

“Everything was immaculate food good, rooms brilliant. Nothing bad at all”

“Staff are very friendly and professional, met on day of arrival and given a quick tour of where breakfast is served and a guest seating lounge with an honesty bar. Room was replenished every day and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. (Only the odd cobweb in the ceiling, but it is the country side) Breakfast is ordered night before, so that breakfast can be served freshly cooked ready for time you say your coming down for Breakfast and the breakfast was excellent every time.……

“We used the room as a 1 night stop and wished we hadn’t.”

“Very pleasant.”
