The room is pretty basic. I hate the “wet room” how people can have a shower and then have to walk in and out of a soaking wet bathroom floor beggars belief. Plus the communication between your room and the staff has to be done on WhatsApp. We ran out of toilet roll at 4:00 am,( always had a spare one in all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in) my husband is sleeping and I have to sort out WhatsApp. Didn’t happen, luckily I had lots of packets of Kleenex.

I was asked to for pay my room again on arrival having paid and booked with Expedia. I am awaiting the refund. I think this is pretty poor.
