⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely unforgettable stay – true Bangkok hospitality at its finest I had the most wonderful stay at Shanghai Mansion Bangkok, and I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Paula, Richard, and another lovely team member whose name I believe begins with a “P” went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, attentiveness, and kindness made this stay feel incredibly special. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a beautiful, spacious suite that felt far larger and more luxurious than what I had booked — such a generous and thoughtful surprise. To make it even more magical, I arrived to find “Happy Birthday” beautifully arranged on the bed, a towel cake tower, and cupcakes waiting for me. It was such a touching gesture and made my birthday feel truly celebrated. Every interaction with the staff was a pleasure — nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding throughout my stay. The atmosphere, service, and genuine hospitality here are exactly what make travel experiences unforgettable. Thank you to the entire Shanghai Mansion team for creating such a memorable experience. The staff are friendly and the room is good
