The outside property was poorly maintained and poorly lit. Inside, surfaces were not clean (e.g., crumbs on the floor, fingerprints on surfaces, stains on curtains). I managed to remove the one living creature I found inside. I stay at budget properties all the time and hoped this one would be as "simple but clean" as the others had been. Pink toilet, sink, tub and shower. Very 80s. My wife killed a roach in the bathroom. Not cool. We told the lady at the desk. She said she would look into it. The Executive inn is less then executive.
