Really great service from check-in to check out. The reception staff were very helpful and polite. We stayed for a family wedding that was taking place locally and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious, very clean apartments and pool area is spotless. Local area has some shops and very affordable places to eat.

We had a wonderful stay at Risan Bay. The property was comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the nighttime caretaker, who was particularly kind and attentive. His hospitality made our stay even more pleasant. We truly appreciated the warm service and would happily recommend Risan Bay to others!

Almost new apartment with kitchenette and located few minutes to Perast. Good for early visit to Perast/Lady of the rock to avoid all the crowds. The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable, priced very reasonably, excellent base to visit Perast, Kotor and Tivat. Highly recommended !!!

Best place in the Kotor Bay

Likely the best place to stay in the Kotor Bay: Comfortable, spacious, renovated, well-equipped rooms, very good pool, plenty of parking, good restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches within walking distance. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Risan Bay.
