The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we needed a private van on our last day as a last minute decision and there were no companies that could get us a private driver with 40 minutes notice, they found us a van to get to train station, definitely saved our vacation, will never forget their hospitality!!!

The receptionist was so helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself is not very close to the city center but it wasn’t difficult to get to. The pool saved our lives as Rome is in the middle of a serious heat wave. The pool area could use more shade though. Overall was good!

My husband and I first stayed in this wonderful hotel 13 years ago and it was just as great as we remembered. The rooms are clean and modern and the amenities are wonderful. When my luggage was lost, the staff were so wonderful at trying to help out. Their care and concern was so appreciated. We highly recommend the hotel!

cannot thank the staff at H10 Roma Città enough for their incredible kindness and professionalism. Due to a major technical glitch with Expedia, our reservation was confirmed even though the hotel was completely overbooked. We arrived late at night with a child, exhausted after facing multiple booking system errors across Rome. Even though they had no rooms available, the staff treated us and a few other families in the same situation with immense respect, compassion, and warmth. They allowed us to stay safely in the lobby until morning and actively tried to help us find alternative accommodation. While our overall trip to Rome was ruined by third-party booking platforms, the humanity and care shown by the H10 Roma Città team was unforgettable. If I ever return to Rome, this is the ONLY hotel I will choose to stay at. Highly recommended for their exceptional service!

Great location walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very helpful, room was clean and bright with great air con. Rooftop pool good for cooling down after a day of sightseeing. No 170 bus took us into central Rome. Would definitely stay here again.

Super nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Saubere Zimmer. Zu der Sommerjahres ist der Pool Goldwert. Die Größe ist ausreichend. Leider sehr wenig Schattenplätze und zudem keine Sonnenliegen, nur Stühle.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at the H10 Citta Roma. It was a very nice and well maintained property. The hotel restaurant was great. The roof top pool and gym were small and always busy. The rooms were nicely updated and had wonderful Nespresso machines for your morning coffee. Our only concern was the location is not close to a train station so traveling to different areas took extra time and usually a taxi. It is semi walkable but not in a high shopping and eating area. Although we really liked the property we would probably stay in a more walkable area and closer to the train station next time.
