I recently stayed at a hotel where the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed with my room. It was just minuscule, and unfortunately, the bathroom was equally cramped. The shower was so small that I found it difficult to fit comfortably, making what should have been a relaxing experience rather frustrating. While I understand that space can be limited in some hotels, I was hoping for a bit more comfort during my stay. If you’re considering this hotel, I recommend it for the warm and helpful staff, but be prepared for some challenges with room size.

Hotel was ok bathroom needs updating but it was clean, never actually saw a member of staff you check in over WhatsApp 🙄 but the service was good asked for extra pillows and they were delivered the next day to the room but this is also a downfall of no actual staff as had to wait for the room hostess to come in the next day - I thought I had booked a room with a terrace which I had but the terrace is on the floor above not attached to the room and it’s basically a shared terrace for 2 rooms with a couple of bushes between each area so not fully private - location is ok 10/15 mins to train station and metro- supermarket over the road and a couple of restaurants which are slightly cheaper than around the main attractions

Services à revoir, titre "economique" à changer

La chambre economique ne permet pas de loger a 2, aucun espace autour du lit. Le personnel a été conciliant et nous a relogé dans une autre chambre plus spacieuse. Le dejeuner est une plaisanterie, pas de couverts, pas d'assiettes... juste une machine a café et qq patisseries. Un peu excentré mais métro a proximité, assez calme. L'enregistrement en ligne est trop intrusif mais reste optionnel malgré les multiples relances à ignorer. Frustrés.

テルミ二駅から徒歩10分くらい。夜は暗いところをしばらく歩くことになります。 ホテル自体は清潔で、スタッフの対応もよいです。朝食も明るい雰囲気の中でおいしく頂けました。 周辺は少し歩けばローマ時代の建物がいくつかあり、またコロッセオまで徒歩15分くらいです。 近くにスーパーも2～3か所あり食料の調達も困りません。 おすすめのホテルです。

Not recommended.

Looks good when you judge it by the pictures online but unfortunately what you see is NOT what you get with this one. The room was small, the bed was short (my feet had to stay out and I’m not tall - 178cm). The bathroom didn’t look like it would qualify for a building permit: it had a fake door, no proper ceiling but a piece of glass which means you get light coming in from there, not to mention there was no soundproofing at all. Now check this, the breakfast had 2nd day baked products. Sorry but you can’t serve 2nd day croissants if you want to be called a Hotel. On the plus side the service was good but I’m not coming back and I won’t recommend it.

Hotel com recepção super agradável. Atendentes muito simpáticas e prestativas. Um bom café da manhã. Quarto , toalhas e roupas de cama sempre limpos. Hotel próximo ao terminal Termini. O que facilita ir à pé se não tiver muita bagagem. Fizemos todos os passeios a pé, a estação de metro Manzoni fica próxima do Hotel.

Good hotel near Termini station with friendly staff. It's also within walking distance to the Colosseum which is nice. The shower is really small, like most here, and the doors didn't really close well. Consequently, I was mopping up a pool of water on the floor. It's a small room, very cramped for a tall person, but that was kind of expected. Overall, not too bad and I would stay again. I would recommend it to budget conscious travelers.

Comfortable and clean rooms; helpful staff

I arrived late due to a delayed flight and received clear and polite instructions for how to check in. The room was comfortable and very clean. If you're a light sleeper like myself I'd recommend taking a set of ear plugs as although the street the hotel is on is very quiet, you can hear noise in the corridors (i.e. people talking, doors opening and closing). When I was using my ear plugs this noise didn't disturb me at all, though, so don't let that put you off staying here.

Un'esperienza gradevole

Ottima posizione, tranquilla sia di giorno che di sera e a soli 20 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Camera piccola ma funzionale e pulita. Ottima la colazione del mattino. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile dal quale ho ottenuto utili informazioni per i miei obiettivi. Sicuramente lo terrò in considerazione per la prossima visita alla città.

Good value with great staff

Very friendly staff. I arrived early after a 600 flight and the desk was able to immediately check me in and offered breakfast while I waited the 15 mins for the room to be ready. Close to metro and a good neighborhood. The room was clean and adequate for the 3 day stay given the price point. The bathroom and shower however was very tiny in the single room.

スタッフの方がとても親切。着いた時に観光地図を渡してくれてコロッセオへのアクセス方法などを教えてくれる。部屋自体もまずまずの広さで不便さを感じる事は無かった。 ただ、ホテルに行くのにテルミニ駅から徒歩で行くと道中チャイナタウンや黒人の方がたむろしているところが幾つかあり治安は良いとは言えない。 女性一人旅の方にはオススメ出来ませんが、宿泊費は安く美味しい朝食もついているので、男性の方や複数人で旅行される方にはオススメです。

Great place to stay, close to metro.

Great place to stay, close to the metro. The staff was awesome and helpful. I stayed by myself so I had a twin bed which was perfect. The room has air and heating. The complimentary breakfast was perfect enough to get the day started. If I had anything negative to say is that they don’t have a lift but I’m ok with that. I will be staying again when I return.

Christmas in Rome

Good for getting around. Short walk to subway and tram. Rome is so quiet in Christmas time! The room is not soundproof, so use ear plugs, our neighbours TV was loud. We had a bad smell from bathroom and hopefully that has been fixed. Great service from staff. We recommend to ask for coffee from the espresso machine. Breakfast is a lot of sweets but cheese and ham and tomatoes are there too. Bed a bit hard. Room small but that's OK. No elevators. Nice with closet.

Ihan ok-paikka hintaansa nähden.Parasta oli hotellin työntekijöiden ystävällisyys. Huone oli perussiisti. Huonoa oli kova sänky, jossa jousi painoi selkään maatessa. Aamiainen oli melko vaatimaton, mutta täytti tehtävänsä. Sijainti myös ihan hyvä, Manzonin metroasema on viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Voisin tulla tänne uudestaan.
