We’re sharing this feedback to give future guests a realistic impression and to help the host see where improvements could make a real difference.Check-in was easy, and communication with the host via WhatsApp was smooth and friendly. The apartment was spacious and had potential, but overall our experience did not quite match our expectations. We were a family of four with high hopes after reading many positive reviews, although some were quite old (from 2018).The apartment appeared worn and outdated. The walls were very dirty with black marks everywhere, and the interior seemed thrown together without any sense of style. The pictures above the bed were hanging crooked, and overall the apartment lacked a cozy atmosphere.There was a constant dripping sound outside the first bedroom, and the noise level from other apartments was very high. We could hear residents late at night, loud baby crying, and dogs barking.We didn’t sleep well in the beds and woke up feeling stiff and sore the next morning.The location description in the listing was also inaccurate, which is important information for families. It stated 4 minutes by car to the Colosseum, but it actually takes 13 minutes with no traffic (32 minutes on foot). To the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, it takes 17 minutes by car (42 minutes on foot), not 5 minutes as indicated.Overall, the apartment felt outdated, lacked a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and was a bit overpriced for its location and condition.
