Excellent location for anyone wanting the tourist experience of Rome. Staff immediately available and extremely helpful at all times via WhatsApp -Oliver reached out the day before our arrival to help with hotel transfers, tours, dinners, anything we wanted. Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a boutique hotel, so it is small and gives that warm feeling of “you matter” unlike some other (larger) chains. Beautiful hotel overall. Close to shops, dining, and even the TREVI fountain! Would definitely stay here again.

The Palazzo Roma Hotel is really a 10 star hotel. Luxury beyond imagination. The staff really seems to care about you as a guest. Gorgeous rooms, fantastic breakfasts, and walkable to all the main sites in historic Rome. Absolutely recommend.

Overall, good hotel. The staff was very attentive. The only caveat I have is that there’s no way to control the air conditioner in the room. The hotel has a centralized AC unit that controls the entire hotel so you’re not able to adjust the temperature to your comfort.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Rome. It was luxurious, well maintained, the staff were all fabulous…attentive and thoughtful, the location was perfect and the beds very comfortable!
