First floor very bright 100 sqm. Netflix, 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, large living room with wooden beams, a comfortable double sofa bed and a breathtaking view on the Pantheon temple.
From the lounge you can enjoy a view of the Pantheon, this is so close to you that you will feel like touching the ancient temple of the Roman Gods and Emperors. No noisy very quiet.
The flat sleeps 4 easily, with a super comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Located in the heart of Rome, Rome, Italy The apartment is very close to the most important squares and you can not miss the most important monuments and museum of Rome. Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful art and decorations. Nice to have laundry available. Quiet in bedroom - which was a surprise given location overlooking Pantheon. Fun place to people watch and drink espresso and wine!

Luciaā€™s home was spectacular! You couldnā€™t ask for a better location and view! The home was beautiful and the wooden beams above the bed were from the 15th century (amazing). The home was fully equipped. Thanks again for letting us stay.

What a great apartment in a great location!

This property completely lives up to it's pictures and description. Lucia, the property manager, was very helpful in all we asked of her. I still pinch myself remembering the view of the Pantheon.

Beautiful Property with Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved our trip to Rome thanks to the location of this wonderful property that was only steps away from famous landmarks like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Lucia was a very attentive host and we would definitely book at this property again in the future.

Spectacular Pantheon Visit

We recently had the wonderful experience of staying at Luciaā€™s flat adjacent to the Pantheon. She is delightful and the flat, location and all aspects of her hospitality exceeded our expectations The flat was clean and perfect for us. Great location and communication. Be sure to ask about all of her fabulous recommendations. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Rome.

Fantastic stay in Rome

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. Lucia made checking in easy, and provided great recommendations. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the location is exactly as described. This is a great property and we would highly recommend it!

A dream VRBO and host

My husband and I were on our honeymoon and this was a dream. The host was in constant contact. Everything was as depicted. Pleanty of room. I can not tell you how amazed were were to be so close to the Pantheon. Book it if you can!

Amazing location

Lucia is amazing. Great communication and made everything easy. The flat is in the best location walking distance from everything also a great e-bike location around the corner. The flat is everything we expected the bed was extremely comfortable with the air conditioning, keeping the room perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome.

LOVED everything about it

Lucia is a brilliant host, she was so helpful and kind. Her apartment is in an incredible location, walking distance to everything. The decor is fabulous, plenty of space. Overall I would rate it a 10/10. If we are ever in Rome again we know where we are stay. Thanks Lucia for an amazing stay.

Our late Roman Holiday

It is a very elegant apartment right next to the very busy Pantheon. But the windows blocked out most of the noise in the living room and ALL the noise in the bedroom. The location is great, and we walked to all the sights; museums, St Peter's, Colosseum etc. Being early April, we never used the heater or a/c. And would certainly love to come back.

Perfect Spot for our Rome Stay

This place a perfect spot if you are planning on seeing all the top sites in Rome. We walked everywhere and nothing (from the coliseum, to Vatican City, or any of the amazing neighborhoods) was more 15-20 minutes away. Also, It felt amazing to open the full length windows and have the pantheon right in front of you. There are a a bunch of good restaurants and pizzerias mere steps away. Lucia was great too. She explained everything about the place to use to ensure an easy stay there. If we needed anything, she quickly responded. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Amazing position

We had a wonderful time at Luciaā€™s apartment - what a great location and Lucia was so helpful and replied to any request immediately. We loved the area and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants which had been recommended by Lucia. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a stay in Rome. Absolutely AMAZING!

I would definitely recommend this fantastic property! The apartment is even better than the pictures with fabulous details. The location is perfect for exploring Rome! Lucia is an amazing hostā€¦she responds to all questions incredibly quickly and is so helpful! Her food recommendations were fantastic and she made my kiddos feel so welcomeā€¦she even provided juice in the fridge for them upon arrival! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place -in the heart of Rome!

My friend and I had a perfect stay in this well-appointed, very clean, darling apartment with windows that felt like you could reach out and touch the Pantheon. Although we only had one question, Lucia was very responsive and made us feel so at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and cutely decorated. You'll be lucky to secure this treasure that is close to everything!

Staying here was a highlight our trip. The location is perfect and right next to the Pantheon, we loved peeking out the windows to the piazza and watching all the people. Yet, itā€™s far enough that you donā€™t hear any of the noise. The flat is decorated in the most beautiful Italian way, itā€™s a real treat! Itā€™s also fully stocked with everything you would need and in a safe area. Thank you, Lucia!

We still find it hard to believe that this beautiful apartment sits immediately beside the Pantheon. We felt a part of history here! The apartment is exactly as beautiful as all the photos show. Everything you could ever need is provided for you. It is in a busy & fun area but is super quiet in the apartment. Everything is an easy walk from the apartment, all the sights, fabulous restaurants, trattorias, coffee bars and grocery stores.Lucia is the icing on the cake, she is full of energy & enthusiasm! She greeted us, showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area, including all her familyā€™s favorite places to eat. She was easy & responsive to all our communications before & during our 4 night stay. She arranged taxis for us to an event and to the airport on our departure, all right on time for us.We have been to Rome many times before staying in hotels & apartments, but we will never go again unless Luciaā€™s apartment is available. It is so worth planning a visit around staying in Luciaā€™s Pantheon apartment!

Perfect location and charming host

Lucia was a wonderful host - warm, accommodating and helpful. She checking in on us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The location is a great place to base yourself if you want to get to all of the main attractions. We enjoyed opening the windows along the front and people watching while sipping our wine before going out to eat. Thankfully the bedroom was in the back because it was a quiet place to sleep despite being right next to the Pantheon. Lucia's guide book was helpful in getting us some tips for restaurants etc. might need a little updating though. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful stay, amazing location

This apartment is everything it shows in the listing ā€” in the morning we enjoyed coffee in the living room with windows open, looking out on the Pantheon and watching the crowds start to gather in the piazza. We slept soundly in the bedroom tucked away in the back, away from street noise (it was never very noisy anyway, since itā€™s raised up from the street). The A/C unit wasnā€™t particularly powerful, but we opened the window to keep it cool at night. Lucia was very communicative and helpful, and let me check in early. Her restaurant recommendations were wonderful.
