Die ganze Suite ist unsauber und teilweise kaputt. Im Badezimmer kam Wasser aus dem Duschabfluss und stand dann einige Zeit sehr übelriechend im Duschbecken. Außerdem waren mehrere Stellen schimmelig. Das „Frühstücksbuffet“ war kein Buffet sondern bestand aus Gutscheinen für ein Café, in dem man als Tourist sehr unfreundlich behandelt wurde und man bekommt einen Kaffee und ein Croissant und auf Nachfrage noch einen belegten, ungenießbaren Toast. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft verlief ausschließlich über WhatsApp - das jedoch einwandfrei. Il secondo giorno, per i suddetti motivi, si è richiesto il trasferimento in altra camera, che si è ottenuto solo all'ultimo giorno di permanenza nella struttura. We enjoyed the quietness and the location and overall quick and efficient communication with the staff. Schon beim Betreten riecht es im gesamten Apartment abartig unangenehm, im Zimmer war es etwas besser, aber im Bad stank es dauerhaft nach Abfluss. Die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war von miserabler Qualität: Der Lattenrost ist schon beim ersten Hinlegen auseinandergefallen, die Latten sind sofort aus der Halterung gerutscht. Nachdem wir sie selbst wieder eingesetzt haben, passierte das Ganze nach kurzer Zeit erneut. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir am ersten Abend in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, das deutlich besser war – leider mussten wir wieder zurück. Immerhin wurde der Lattenrost dann repariert und hielt für den Rest des Aufenthaltes. Das schnelle Reagieren ist der einzige positive Punkt.
