The location is absolutely perfect – I could walk to nearly everything in the city, yet the apartment itself is incredibly quiet despite being in a lively neighborhood. Inside, it’s thoughtfully furnished with plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. The original ceilings and rustic details add real character and a lovely sense of place. One small downside: the cleaning product used before arrival had a very strong synthetic scent that lingered, even with ventilation. If you’re sensitive to fragrance, it could be a dealbreaker. Also, there were no basic pantry items like salt, pepper, or oil – so if you plan to cook, make sure to shop for the essentials.
