Elegant and modern penthouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and rooftop terraces.
It measures 90 square meters and is located on the 5th floor of a historic 17th-century building. An elevator accesses the apartment. It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a fireplace and dining table, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (the shower in the bathroom with the bathtub is 170 cm high), and two terraces overlooking Rome's rooftops. The apartment includes free WiFi, a smart TV, air conditioning throughout, sheets and towels, and a washer/dryer.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. All rooms are very quiet, overlooking Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari on the other, one of the city's oldest pedestrian streets.

Perfect Rome apt

This is our second time staying at this beautiful apartment in a great location. Everything is perfect. Love having the large covered terrace for evening relaxation after a day of touring. Will return again I’m sure !

Great place to stay in Rome

Terrific location, large renovated apartment that was clean, bright, well-stocked, and quiet. Owners very helpful and responsive. We stayed for several days during Holy Week and it was near perfect for what we needed. Very convenient - could walk to Vatican, many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

A great week

The host was great. The apartment was quiet, well appointed and perfect for two couples traveling together. There was a glitch at check in that was quickly resolved. We would highly recommend this property to those looking for a great Rome experience.

Great location near Piazza Navona

This was the perfect location on a nice street near Piazza Navona. We were able to walk everywhere from this location and yet it was quiet at night. We felt very safe as well. The washer/dryer combo unit is a definite bonus and we used it half way through our stay. I loved the little street we were on and there is a little grocery store and several cafes close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment and Experience!

This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Rome. Incredible location within walking distance of many sites. Apartment was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed - in particular, we appreciated the kitchen amenities provided upon arrival and during our stay, and the charming balcony space. Flaminia and her staff were immediately responsive to all of our requests and very helpful prior to arrival and throughout our visit. If you have the chance to stay here, we’d highly recommend it.

Lovely centrally located apartment

The apartment is centrally located, yet very quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. We found the beds to be comfortable and they were fitted with good quality bed linen. We had a quaint view over the rooftops of the neighbourhood and were very happy with our choice. The local cafe Monteforte is fabulous, we went there each morning for coffee and pastries and left with a fresh loaf of bread too.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay with our family while visiting Rome for 3 nights. The apartment was well appointed, had gorgeous balconies, comfortable beds and furnishings, and wonderfully hot showers balanced with perfectly cool AC. It was close to so many restaurants, local shopping, and historic sites, while feeling tucked away from the throngs of summer tourists. We walked almost everywhere, even in summer, and loved how easy it was to get back to the apartment for an afternoon rest and refresh. The host was amazing and helpful, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great quite location

One of the best hosts we ever had. Flaminia answered all questions very quickly and arranged private transport when needed… This took took the load off of us trying to find a driver that knows the area well without any funny business. The apartment was spot And in an ideal location to grab a quick bite to eat and supplies when needed… I can’t praise the location of this apartment in Rome more than what we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, convenient and clean.

Our family spent 3 nights at this lovely apartment. The host was super accommodating, helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay as the apartment was close to key sites, had an elevator, a lovely patio, washer, kitchen, AC, comfortable beds with charming details throughout. Such a treat to stay here. Perfect near Piazza Navona

Just finished our six night stay here. The location of the property could not be more perfect — our family could walk everywhere in Rome. The apartment itself felt quite spacious with two terraces, practical kitchen area and well-appointed bathrooms. We feel lucky to have found this property. TEN STAR STAY!

Can't say enough good things about our experience at this property. It was even better than described/pictured--the terrace was a dream, the beds were comfortable, the location was ideal, and everything worked perfectly. Hosts were extremely responsive and even let us check in early because the apartment was ready--starting our stay off in the best way. We had many friends requesting us to share the listing once they saw what a fantastic experience had! Would recommend to all.

Classy place & great location

We were two couples utilizing both bedrooms. The master bedroom & bathroom is spacious while the second bedroom is smaller but still very comfortable. There is a wonderful bathtub and a very small but useable shower that’s part of the toilet room. It’s been noted in some previous reviews that this is too small to be useable yet I am 6’2” and was able to use it just fine with a little ducking. :-) The beds are very nice & the modern elevator up to the apartment is slick. Loved the balcony since we enjoyed great weather. Finally, the location of this apartment is fantastic. Many wonderful things are nearby on foot & importantly for getting around Rome, very accessible for taking taxis or Uber. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

Roma getaway

The property was well equipped, close to the Piazza Novona and provided a clean, comfortable place to call home for a week. Flaminia was lovely to deal with. She responded quickly to our communications and requests. One caveat is tall people will have an issue with the second bathroom. The ceilings are low in the toilet/shower area. We loved the balcony and being able to savor our time in Rome.

Charming apartment in excellent location!

This is a lovely apartment within walking distance of all the major viewing attractions. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was great to have the convenience of card access - especially with two couples. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and was spotlessly clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also enjoyed the patio, as it was a great spot to sit in the sunshine and take in some rooftop views. The only negative about this apartment is that the second shower will not fit a tall person and it doesn’t even have an overhead water flow. It’s merely a hand held wand hung just above waist height.

Torre Vecchiarelli Rome

Host Flaminia stayed in contact with us, set up driver pick up at airport and driver to train station at the end of the stay. Apartment is better than pictures . It is a mini penthouse with its own elevator . No lugging suitcases up 5 floors . Cool factor. Easy walk to most anything 15-20 minutes. Vatican is 20-25 minutes. Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Very quiet . I would stay there again for sure . Thank you Flaminia
