BEDROOM II: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m each), nightstand with lamp, closet, sofa, and desk; split-system air conditioner with heat pump.
OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, and clothesline.

The entire home is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
The apartment is strategically located, about a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini Station, the main hub for both surface and underground public transportation. All the city’s main points of interest are easily accessible.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
