Beautiful Apartment in Nice Area

Great value and location

Family vacation

Great place a little off center in a calm naiborhood. Transportation was arranged for our families from the airport. Super convenient! Place is clean and with a lot of space. Great time in Rome.

A Fabulous Week in Rome

The apartment was in a perfect location for walking the streets and taking in all of the amazing views and experiences of Rome. It was easy to get a taxi to tour locations, restaurants, museums and the airport. The neighborhood is lovely and friendly and very accessible.

Large apartment in great neighborhood

Property was clean, plenty of room, in a great location to easily visit all the sites. Dorian was a great hostess and gave us some recommendations for great restaurants and a market within easy walking distance. Communication was very good and accessible. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

Loved this beautiful property. It was a short distance to shopping area, quick cab drive to the centre. The property is very spacious, we were 4 adults and two kids, everyone had their private space. Excellent check in and check out. Highly recommend.

Large, spacious with plenty of beds though some are better for kids. Alesia is very responsive and the apt is well equipped. The WiFi was great and the location and neighborhood are good. We would definitely stay there again If our family returns to Rome.

Excellent apartment and location

Family stay with older teenagers. Locating apartment was easy and check in process was very personal and well timed. 3 bathrooms and the size of the bedrooms was appreciated. No ‘living room’ to speak off but we made good use of the social aspect of the kitchen so didn’t feel this was an issue. Easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go and the bus from the train was station also worked well.

Great apartment, great location, great hosts

Our family of seven (us and our five grandchildren, ages 15 thru 21) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Alessia and Dorina helped us with all of our transport arrangements before we arrived. Dorina met us at the apartment and walked us through the apartment layout, elevator, air conditioning, etc. Dorina sent us some local good restaurants, and always responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. We would definitely stay here again if we would return to Rome and we would recommend to family and friends.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Prati. A wonderful historic building with an elevator! We sure appreciated the elevator since we had a serious amount of luggage and we forgot that the second floor is technically the 3rd floor (in American thinking). This was the perfect location for sightseeing. Great neighborhood with a good choice of dining options. Owners were very responsive to questions and helping us with transportation and guides.

First trip to Rome loved the apartment

What a wonderful stay close to many restaurants and grocery store right down the street. We walked to all sights. The owners and management were very helpful they even got us a last minute transportation change for the airport. The apartment is just as advertised plenty of room for 3 adults and two teens. No issues at all and easy check in and out. We would stay again if we are fortunate to make it back to Rome.

Great Location

We stayed three days in Rome. The apartment was lovely. Everything we needed was supplied. The location is wonderful. Not in the busy center of Rome but just the outskirts for a good nights sleep. Close to transportation and the highlights of Rome. Dorina was a wonderful help for information. Highly recommend.

Great 3 bed, 3 bath apartment in nice neighborhood

Overall, we loved the apartment for the feel of living like an Italian but it is a bit away from the main tourist attractions (good & bad). Getting a cab or access to the Metro was easy. Good restaurants and gelato in the neighborhood. We felt safe Eve. Walking around at night and Alessia was very helpful with transportation and answering questions.

Perfect Family stay in Rome

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old Building, including the whining Sound of the entrance door, the pretty elevator as well as the large staircase. The kitchen was set up very well to accomodate our 8 Person group. Our large bedrooms were cooler when we returned from the burning August Sun. Having 3 bathrooms with showers was the Most useful when all of us were entering with Heavy sweat. Overall we loved the decoration of the Apartment, maybe a Couch in the Foyer would have been better than the current Little casapanca. We thank Dorina and Alessia for their prompt help and Hope to be back…

What a wonderful place to stay in Rome!

We just loved Alessia's place! This was our second trip to Rome with a big group of friends and this apartment was perfect for us. Bright, airy, with high ceilings and plenty of room, charming and eclectic in its decor...the space was warm and inviting. The location is excellent, so close to all the main attractions in the city centre, a few steps away from the Metro line A and from the Vatican city. Prati, the neighborhood, is full of great restaurants and boutiques, as well as one of the best gelateria in town! Alessia has been a great host, she booked a transfer service for us to go back to the airport and she helped us store our luggage the last day we were in Rome. We would definitely book Alessia's place again next time we decide to visit Rome as we think the location is absolutely ideal.

Large apartment in a nice neighborhood

Large apartment in a very nice neighborhood. We did have to wait for Dorina for over half an hour at check in due to miscommunication with driver who picked us up from airport. One of the showers lacked hot water, they brought in a plumber but apparently job was bigger then expected and therefore wasn’t fixed. A/C in kitchen area ( only area for group to sit around) wasn’t working. Having said that Dorine the unit manager was very helpful and our stay overall was very comfortable.

Great location, very nice property

This spacious apartment is in the Prati district, which is quieter than many Rome neighborhoods. It's surrounded by fantastic restaurants, all much more reasonably priced than those in the more touristy areas. The apartment itself has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a huge kitchen. All three bedrooms have tables for setting up computers, etc. Check in was simple and the lady who checked us in made time to show us where all the sites were on a useful map we carried with us everywhere. She also made some excellent dining suggestions as well as helped us with transportation. There are also several conveniently-located grocery stores for purchasing snacks, wine or anything else you might need. Calling taxis via the Uber app in Rome is simple and gets around any language barrier. The only surprising thing about the apartment is that it doesn't have a living room. But - the huge table in the kitchen was plenty of space for us to gather around. We didn't miss having the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

Location great

This is a strange apartment in a beautiful building. It’s used during the year for university students and has no living room, just a large kitchen. The apartment has no feeling of a home which might be ok for some but not for us, not appropriate with children because no sitting room and for us who wanted to watch European cup final no tv. Location is residential with lots of restaurants, supermarket etc yet close to historic center which was good.

Roma en el barrio de Prati

El barrio de Prati está muy cerca del Vaticano. La casa de Alexia es amplia, limpia, cómoda y perfecta para 8 personas durmiendo en cama, no sofá. 3 baños bien equipados. Lo que fuera el salón de la casa se ha reconvertido en dormitorio, así que las reuniones de grupo eran en la cocina bastante amplia. Un sitio recomendable para alojarse en Roma

Great stay; beautiful apartment

This is a great apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood (the Prati) - close to the historical centre of Rome but with its own vibrant energy. The apartment was large and clean, the hosts wonderful. It's the second time we've stayed here while in Rome. We'll be back!!!
