A few minutes from the Monte Mario train station, from which you can reach the Gemelli Hospital (1.5km) and the San Filippo Neri (2km) with just one train stop (line FL3) and with very few stops the Vatican and Trastevere, MIRANDOLINA is located in a green and quiet neighborhood where within walking distance you will find all the services and commercial activities (supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and pizzerias, banks, shops for shopping) that will make your stay carefree and unforgettable Roman.
With the bus stop in front of the house bus will be also connected, in a short time (runs every 15 'by day and 30' night), with the subway and all the tourist areas.
Located on the second floor of a detached house, MIRANDOLINA is an apartment with two rooms and 4posti bed + 1double bed in the elegant living room, comfortable kitchen (there are at least two comfortable rooms in addition to the rooms) and bathroom; finely renovated with bright spaces, refined and comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher and Italian espresso machine) and a new bathroom equipped with everything you need for your convenience (phono , washing machine)
Flat-screen satellite TV, heating and free Wi-Fi in all rooms complete the apartment.

- Take the Metro A direction Battistini Valle Aurelia; at Valle Aurelia find a connection with the railway line FL3, take the northbound train off at Monte Mario (trains every twenty minutes, schedules available on the sites and applications Trenitalia). Mirandolina is within walking distance.

FROM FIUMICINO AEROPOERTO:
Get the train of the railway line FL1 at the airport to the stop Trastevere; here you will find the coincidence with the line FL3 northbound off at Monte Mario (train every twenty minutes, schedules available on the sites and applications Trenitalia).

Lovely apartment, hot water, utensils, all you need. Fresh groceries around the corner, supermarket not far. Dominica met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. Did take a little time to get to some of the sights, average45-1 hr on bus or metro. Plan you day well.

Perfect for my Family

We stayed 5 nights in Rome and this wonderful condo was the perfect location for our family of 5 to stay. It was located in a residential neighborhood very close to delicious restaurants. The bus stop was located just down the street and we were able to use the bus to get to all the local sightseeing. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A functionable apartment in the vicinity of Romes inner city

Overall the apt is very functionable, but somewhat narrow spaces mainly in the kitchen and bathroom (especially the shower cabinet were I had it "a bit tight to turn around" with my 187 cm), but it worked for a family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped. The 2 bedrooms had separate ac but there was no remote to them to begin with. When we asked for it the manager said he could control them remotely for us. We only got the remote after several messages back and forth. But after that it worked fine (but a bit on the louder side). The balcony had a drying rack, which was good, but something was leaking/dripping from above, not sure what/from where but some of our towels etc were partly soaked after hanging to dry. Location is OK. A bus ride of approx 20 min to the metro (Battistini), but the streets in the neighbourhood are many one way streets and narrow so traffic is pretty heavy during rush hours. The neighbourhood overall though is quite nice with some shops, stores, boutiques and restaurants. All within walking distance. It's also close by to one of the different train stations (20 min to Roma Trastevere station for instance). These trains are spacious and modern and at a good price per ticket. Can also take you easily to the airport with this train in about 1 hr for around 8 euro pp.

Fijn appartement in Primavalle, Rome

Wij hebben een heel erg fijn verblijf in dit appartement in Rome gehad. Met een bushalte aan de overkant van de straat is het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation en het centrum van Rome zeer goed bereikbaar. Ruime slaapkamers met hele goede bedden en veel kastruimte. Fijn balkon om aan het einde van de dag nog even buiten te zitten. Levendige en leuke buurt met veel winkels in de directe nabijheid (goede supermarkt op 10 minuten lopen afstand). Goed uitgeruste keuken. Contact met de eigenaar (Andrea) zeer goed en snel via Whatsapp.

Nette, solide Unterkunft - gerne wieder!

Ordentliche, saubere Wohnung. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, gute Betten. Wir haben, wie in jede Ferienwohnung einige Küchenutensilien mitgenommen. Man ist eben seine Lieblinge gewohnt. Es wäre aber auch ohne gegangen. Klimaanlage ist über Fernwartung durch den Vermieter geregelt worden. Gute Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Bus vor der Tür. Somit gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Parkplätze wie in jeder Stadt, gegen Abend rar aber im Einzugsbereich zu finden. Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf fußläufig zu erledigen. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

It was nice, cozy. Andrea was very nice, answer all request. Just very hot and Andrea control the temperature in air conditioner. Air conditioners are not working strong enough. During the day it was not possible to be in apartment. But all overall it was nice.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten die Wohnung für einen langen Zeitraum gebucht und haben uns stets wohlgefühlt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Geschäfte und Cafes gibt es fußläufig ganz in der Nähe. Da die Wohnung etwas außerhalt liegt, waren wir sehr dankbar über die Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung, sodass wir ohne Umsteigen mit der 46 in das Zentrum von Rom fahren konnten. Der Vermieter holte uns bei unserer Ankunft an der Metro ab und brachte uns zur Wohnung. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und auch bei Fragen konnten wir uns an ihn über WhatsApp wenden. Gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wege zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Dingen des täglichen Lebens sind angenehm kurz. Ein unglaublich günstiger Nahverkehr brachte uns sehr schnell in die kulturellen Hochburgen von Rom. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, vor und während unseres Aufenthalts, war erstklassig. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist, wie ganz Rom, von Gegensätzen geprägt. Das angenehm saubere Innere des Hauses steht im Gegensatz zu Roms Straßen.

Super appartement pour une famille de 5 personnes

Nous étions un couple avec trois grands enfants (10 ans, 13 ans et 19 ans). L'appartement était parfait pour nous ! A premier abord, le quartier très populaire rend sceptique mais heureusement, il n'y a aucun problème. Chacun s'occupe de ses affaires et nous n'avons jamais été embêtés. Nous étions à 30 minutes de Rome en voiture. Et les allers retours se faisaient facilement, Je suis très contente du séjour.

A great stay to visit Rome

I can strongly recommend this appartment as a start of your explore of Rome and to come back to after a long day. Fully equipped appartment with bus stop nearby. Elf Tage in schöner Stadt-Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben mit fünf Personen (Eltern + 3 Kinder) ausreichend Platz gehabt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe ebenso gut zu erreichen wie die Verbindung mit dem Regionalzug (Station Monte Mario, 10 Min zu Fuß) ins Zentrum (Umsteigen in Valle Aurelia in die Metro) oder an den Strand (Ostia oder Ladispoli bzw. Santa Severa, ca. 1 h). Wir wurden von Andrea herzlich empfangen und mit allerlei Tipps für unseren Rom-Aufenthalt versorgt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Schöne gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Backofen, Spühlmaschine und Microwelle waren vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Andrea hat uns gute Tipps für unseren Kurzurlaub gegeben. Dank der Nähe zum Bahnhof Monte Mario ware wir gut an das Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Die Busverbindungen waren aber auch sehr gut. Mit der fast vor der Haustür abfahrenden Linie 46 kam man sogar bis in die Innenstadt ohne umzusteigen.

Confortable et bien équipée

Nous avons passé 12 jours très agréables dans l’appartement d’Andrea. Quartier populaire sans problème, tous commerces à proximité et de quoi garer la voiture sans galère autour d’une placette résidentielle proche (et même pour la laisser sur place plusieurs jours): demander à Andrea. Appartement très bien équipé et agréable, assez calme ; les bruits des rues restent proches (on est dans une grande ville quand même ...) mais pas gênants. Moyens de transports proches et pratiques (Vatican à environ 30mn; centre de Rome entre 40-65mn selon le lieu): - il y a des bus proches de l’appartement (un arrêt presque en sortant et une gare routière juste à côté de la gare), - la gare de Monte Mario est à 10-15mn à pieds. (on a préféré le tandem train-métro ou train-tram pour se déplacer : les rues sont très chaotiques et les suspensions de bus doivent dater de l’Antiquité ... les horaires sont bcp moins fiables que ceux du rail, du moins pour la ligne 46). Andrea est un hôte très sympathique qui nous a indiqué de bonnes applications smartphones super pratiques pour se déplacer dans Rome. Conseil pour voir un site antique superbe et quasiment sans les foules de touristes : Ostia Antica (idéal avec des enfant). Et pour tous: la Domus Romana (Palazzo Valentini): la meilleure visite du séjour (entre autres: super commentaire et reconstitution sur la colonne de Trajan). Et pour changer de la ville, la plage: à moins d’une heure de Rome, aller à Santa Severa et sa plage libre de sable noir (parking payant mais peu cher, 4€/journée, 2,5€ l’après-midi ; mais on n’est pas obligé de payer un transat) ... extra!! Bref super séjour !

Wir „3“, meine zwei Kinder und ich durften einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Rom verbringen, was auch mit dieser von Andrea angebotenen Wohnung zu tun hatte. Es war schon das sechste Mal das wir eine Wohnung über fewo-direkt gebucht haben und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, zwei Schlafräume mit jeder Menge Schränke– echt praktisch – eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Bad und ganz toll eine Waschmaschine die wir auch für unsere Strandhandtücher genutzt haben. Zur Freude meiner Kinder war auch der WLAN-Empfang echt prima. Andrea ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, auch wenn wir uns nicht gesehen hatten, ist er stets bemüht gewesen uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar, Crai-Markt, Pim, Coop und Carefour. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
