With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offers enough space for up to four people. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, oven and dishwasher, so you can conveniently prepare your meals. There is also a dining area where you can eat together. In the living room you will find a flat-screen TV with satellite connection to spend cosy evenings. Thanks to the air conditioning, the house remains pleasantly temperate. The private parking space right at the house is very convenient. From the house you can reach the beach in only 250 metres, where you can relax on sunny days. The supermarket is also only 450 metres away. On the terrace or balcony you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
