"The Lumen Nature Retreat was a fantastic choice for a first time camper, like myself. The campsite was a perfect retreat at the end of a day of hiking, and provided the comforts of a beautifully maintained bathroom/shower that was a quick walk from my site. The safari tent was a great choice too, with plenty of space to get settled with a nice comfy bed to rest at the end of a long day. "Eric is a gracious host. The entire booking and checking in process was very simple. Eric was awesome about giving me a wide variety of hiking areas with directions. I do choose one oh his recommendations. The best part a ready made fire pit! Would recommend and planning to return."

"This property is located across from loon mountain. There was plenty of parking and lots of stuff to do around town. Our room was clean and had everything we wanted. In the main building there was an excellent pool, spa, hot tub, game room, and gym!"

"Absolutely gorgeous, clean, comfortable, luxury (for me) hotel. Every detail of this place was just perfect. The bed, the linens, fireplace, kitchen, TWO bathrooms, and the best jacuzzi tub. Friendly staff. Great location. Only negative is an early check out time compared to other places in the area (10am.) "
