The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon”

“Quiet place and nice staffs”

“room size is good，but no services at all，for four days，we only have one soap，breakfast was extremely bad，very little items, we did not eat it, and it started at 8.30, strange, will never come back again.”

“The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!”

“The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser……

“The staff is amazing, very accommodating! We stayed to ski at Tenney and it was a great experience. Affordable clean stay. We will return . If you are looking to ski at Tenney and not spend an arm and a leg on your stay this is the place!”

“Still no staff at the front desk at the Palmer Inn. Very cold without staff to go too. Coffee machine is lacking the higher end latte/espresso machine that they have at Church Landing. The new redone rooms are definitely 100% better than before. Total plus.”

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a……
