“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a……

The breakfast was fantastic.When we checked in the person working, the front desk didn't seem very happy about anything.No smile, they were putting chips up on the shelf and were filling like a cooler or something.And we stood there for I don't know, maybe forty five seconds, and then I kind of said, i'm sorry, do you work here?And I got a well be right with you.But never a smile or thank you for waiting or……
