"Since they asked for a five star review multiple times, even explaining that a five star review is much different for a rental than it is for a hotel, I looked up the expectations for a five star rating. I am unable to do more than two. I won't comment on the rustic-ness of the place, with one exception, as that was advertised. The place was basically clean, with glaring exceptions--a skillet with used oil left in the oven, coffee grounds left in the machine, ice cube trays splashed with red...

"It was peaceful.....the kids was a lil freaked out b/c of no privacy due to windows and patio was an open view to look out and ppl to look in : upstairs room and living room. Pls put up blinds or curtains for privacy. Other than that our stay was pleasant. Umm... Need instructions for wifi. We didnt need it but the info for it was unavailable"

"The house was immaculate, probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy, beds were comfortable. We could have used some instructions though such as WiFi password. The TV and coffee maker didn’t work and they need night stands by the beds. Since we didn’t want anyone coming in because of Covid we didn’t call about the issues so the owner didn’t have the opportunity to fix anything."

"Rose is a wonderful host, the property was beautiful and we had everything we could possibly need. We worked remotely during our stay and it worked really well. They have a lovely pool, fabulously stocked cookhouse, and are pet friendly. Very happy we could stay here. "
