The accommodation
The apartment is a 3-room duplex, located in the quiet and friendly Rue aux Herbes, Building H4, close to swimming pools, shops, the golf course, sports fields, children's clubs and the little train station.
Both close to the center but very quiet and not overlooked, facing South-East and located on the 2nd and last floor.

On the first floor: an entrance on the corridor giving access to a cabin bedroom (sleeps 2 in 90x190), the staircase to the first floor, three large storage cupboards, a shower room with a toilet and finally the living space.
The living space with:
• The kitchen very well equipped: vitro hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster. All the crockery you need for your meals.
• The dining area with a table
• The living room area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2 in 90x190), a third bed 90x190 retractable, a television
• The terrace facing the sea, with a table and 8 chairs

Upstairs
• The master bedroom with a 140X190 bed
• The 25 M2 terrace allows you to enjoy a 360° panorama of the sea and the Esterel, ideal for having breakfast or enjoying the sun
• The second bathroom with bathtub and a second toilet.

Cap Esterel is a pedestrian village designed for your holidays!
Located in the magnificent region of Saint-Raphaël, with a superb view of the bay of Agay and the Massif de l'Esterel, the village will offer you multiple services and activities on site: 4 swimming pools, a Spa, a 9-hole golf course, a golf driving range, tennis and padel lessons, children's clubs from 3 months to 17 years old (from April), entertainment, shops as well as a mini-market, restaurants, bars, etc... everything to make your holiday unforgettable!

We will have leisure cards available in the apartment that will allow you access to all the swimming pools of Cap Esterel. The 2 nearest swimming pools are only a 3-minute walk away:

• A 380m² heated swimming pool with a deck, open and supervised from April to October
• A 1100 m² pool with wave machines, slide, diving pit and wading pool, open and supervised from mid-April to mid-September
You will also have access to the Hameau's swimming pools (10 minutes walk):
• A 455m² swimming pool and wading pool, open from April to mid-September
• Two pools, one of which is for children and slides, open in July and August

You will be in the immediate vicinity of beaches and all the leisure activities offered by the Massif de l'Esterel

• Beaches: The D-Day beach facing the Ile d'Or and accessible via the little train (free), the beaches of Pourrousset, Poussaï, the coves of Cap du Dramont and those of the Corniche road...
