"We had a great week at Coy T by the Sea! The owner is so responsive and helpful. The house was clean and looked as advertised. It accommodated 11 of us well. The kitchen was the most well stocked we’ve ever had on a trip. We loved the views and although the boardwalk seems long it is a short walk with a beautiful view. The beach was not crowded and we saw beautiful sunrises every day of our stay. We love that it was close to the State Park and was not far from downtown. Thanks Robin for sharing your home with us! "This was one of the best beach houses our family has stayed in, and especially the most family of five with a dog friendly! The hosts were beyond helpful and kind, the house was equally adorable as stocked with essentials and comfort, the location to the beach was a breeze, and Ryan and Laura really thought of everything! The layout was spacious, comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms, ample and stocked kitchen, super fun entertainment with Ms Pacman and shuffleboard, great beach chairs, and even provided food and water bowls for our pup. It was the perfect family respite for our fall break and first time to Port St Joe! We would gladly return and really appreciate such the fabulous beach home!"

"Went to CSB for a long weekend to relax and do some fishing. Upon arrival we located the key box and let ourselves in, the host allowed us to check in early.2 nice bedrooms, bathrooms downstairs and a loft which we didn't use. We enjoyed the porch with ceiling fans which allowed us to catch a couple of sunsets across the bay. The walk to the beach is an easy 2 minutes or so. The beach is wide and not crowded and has a little vehicle traffic which was well behind where folks sit on the beach. The location is near Salinas park which has vehicle beach access, a bay boardwalk, and pickleball courts. Its a quick drive to PSJ and about 25 minutes to Appalachicola.Next visit we plan to bring one of our dogs. The upstairs porch has a dog gate, nice.Looking forward to our next visit."

"The pool was smaller than the pictures gave the impression. Also it showed a board walk with no steps and this one had several -meaning you can’t pull a wagon or use a stroller compared. "
