"Nice hotel close to entertainment district in downtown Fort Smith. Stayed there several times with zero issues."

"Homeless people hanging out by the front door for my entire stay, not a good impression They were there all day and overnight surrounded by trash bags filled with their belongings. If I was the manager I’d ask them to hang outside in the back, not at the front entrance. "

"Parking lot was well lighted and clean , front desk staff were friendly. Air conditioning was excellent. Just wish the gym was open because i did choose this location for this added benefit "

"The Continental breakfast was fairly decent , would love to have seen scrambled eggs , sausage , gravy and biscuits like other ones do , but I guess for what the head was good."
