Only 150m from the shores of Lake Garda, in the small village of Barbarano di Salo, this apartment makes an ideal base for friends or a family who want to explore this glorious region.

Up 8 stairs, this raised ground-floor apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort. There is a bright, open-plan living/dining area, with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs and a newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, drawers and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk bed over it and a large wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

Location
The apartment is just 100m from the “Rimbalzello” sports centre (entrance fee) where visitors can enjoy a beautiful beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, football pitch and cafés. The village has several good restaurants and pizzerias, to suit all budgets. The main centre and lakefront promenade are 1.5km away, just a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car.

For self-catering there is a supermarket in the village and Salo\'s weekly market, Saturday morning, is an excellent place to spend some time trying the best local produce.

From Toscolano Maderno you can take a ferry across the lake to explore the vineyards and beautiful towns such as Peschiera del Garda. Alternatively, on the western shores, you can enjoy many of the sights including the new museum in Salo - MUSA in a converted church.

The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour 5 minute drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 15 minute drive).

Wir waren von Anfang August für 5 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung. Leider entsprechen die Bilder nicht der Realität. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist verkalkt und die Fugen sind mit schwarzem Schimmel bedeckt. Der Boden war schmutzig. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren, somit ist es in der Wohnung sehr warm und stickig. In der Beschreibung steht was von einem Pool, von dem war aber weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Ein Schlafzimmer roch vermodert, nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Küchenausstattung war alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank hat funktioniert. Handtücher wurden sauber bereit gestellt.
