"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. "Had a wonderful stay of 2 days, then returned for another night later in my trip. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, specifically a young woman named Saja. She helped me with directions, booked a car for me, and assisted me with every need I had. She was the most kind, helpful, understanding, and professional staff member at this hotel. I returned to stay because of her. I stayed in room #403, it had a queen bed, a single, and overlooked the Roman Amphitheatre. Room was comfortable, clean, safe, and quiet. Heat/AC worked very well. Elevator worked well in the hotel, and the social space overlooking the city is stunning as well. The location is close to cheap eats, restaurants, and fantastic shopping. They offer tour/operator services for guests and another young lady was amazing in caring for my lost luggage that was delivered. The breakfast presented by a woman named Mama, was the best I had in Jordan. Fresh foods were offered in savory & sweet. Mama took very good care of the guests, and takes great pride in her breakfast. She was delightful! The Hummus was the best I tasted in Jordan. Thank you to the amazing women, Saja(Front Desk), and Mama(Breakfast), you both made my stay outstanding, and my trip to Jordan even more enjoyable. This hotel is an outstanding value for the staff, comfort, and value received for the price."
