Final de semana com família e amigos.

A estadia foi muito agradável. As informações sobre o imóvel condiz com o que foi apresentado no site. O condomínio é bem tranquilo. A piscina é muito boa, porém tem muita vegetação ao redor o que faz a área ser de sombra quase durante o dia todo e a água estar sempre muito fria. Talvez no verão a temperatura da água fique mais agradável. O carrinho elétrico que faz o transporte para a praia atende bem.

Lugar paradisíaco e super comfortavel

Visitamos o imóvel com familia e amigos. Ficamos impressionados com a casa e o condominio. Realmente tem tudo. A casa muito bem equipada e o condominio tem uma oferta imensa de jogos e para praticar esporte. A praia é linda e simple. Andando chegamos em 20Minutos e tem um ótimo servicio de carro eletrico que leva muito rapido. A comunicao e recepcao foi ótima. Nao faltou nada! Muito obrigada por tudo!!!

A casa é simplesmente encantadora!!! Possui todos os utensílios, extremamente limpa e bem cuidada. É cercada por uma vegetação nativa, com um paisagismo maravilhoso, complementando o ambiente de forma agradável, tranquilizante e garantindo a privacidade. A administradora do imóvel é fantástica! Casa absolutamente sensacional

Já conhecia o condomínio e a planta das casas. São simplesmente sensacionais. Ambiente maravilhoso, estrutura impecável. A administradora do imóvel muito solicita e facilitou bastante os horários de entrada e saída, dando ainda mais vantagem sobre hotéis e pousadas da região. Único ponto a se melhorar é a questão da publicidade dos custos.. Não me atentei que cobravam luz e água separadamente, e não havia na descrição a cobrança da taxa de limpeza de 130 reais. Fora isso, tudo espetacular, indico a todos.

Casa maravilha, super bem equipada, com tudo que se precisa para um veraneio. Muito Conforto e comodidade. O condomínio é Fantástico. O proprietário e a administradora Sanzia são super atenciosos, respondem e resolvem rápido qualquer situação. Só tenho elogios e agradecimentos pelo atendimento prestado. Super recomendo o imóvel.
