It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and very helpful and the location was easy to walk or explore. We will be staying here again when we visit Madrid. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Having travelled 4 hours to get there at 7 pm and nowhere in the vicinity to get anything to eat or drink we left, even though we had already paid. A lovely hotel with friendly staff, great food and a comfortable lounge area. Some of the areas are a little tired and could do with updating but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were there in transit as part of a longer journey. It was well located and exactly what we needed.
