Situated on the ground floor, the property includes a private patio and garden with uninterrupted sea views. The communal gardens, enclosed by glass balustrades, provide direct private access to the coastal path. A short 5-minute walk along the path brings you to one of the UK's top-rated beaches. LOCATION: There’s no shortage of attractions to keep all ages entertained along Sandown’s vibrant seafront. The Pier and the stunning Sandown Bay are just a short downhill stroll from the property. Voted one of the island’s best beaches, it’s the perfect spot to stretch your legs along the golden sands or take a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the English Channel. The nine-mile stretch between Yaverland and Shanklin, with Sandown at its heart, showcases fascinating geology, from the red sandstone to the white chalk of Culver Cliff. On a lucky day, you might even discover fossil remains! For those seeking adventure, the bay is a hub for water sports, including paddleboarding, surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, and sailing catamarans or dinghies—weather permitting. A short walk towards Yaverland brings you to the Wild Heart Animal Sanctuary, renowned for its big cats and its connection with naturalist and TV presenter Chris Packham. Formerly known as the Isle of Wight Zoo, it’s a must-visit attraction. For younger visitors, Sandham Gardens is just minutes from the esplanade and offers karting, sky nets, crazy golf, and a dedicated play area—perfect for burning off energy and ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep!
