Almost 500 for a room listed as 2 queens and spa tub. There were stains on the towels, stained dripping sink, a bolt holding the shower handle, a spa tub that had missing buttons and did not function. A missing drawer in the dresser. Artwork with what looked like cat scratches. No manager present to complain too. Called Expedia and they sadly gave me some useless one key cash. Will never recommend this hotel or Expedia to anyone. Pictures will be places here too.

We arrived in the early evening for a tennis tournament and no one was at the front desk. When someone finally came, they said we owed 70 more dollars directly to the hotel beyond the already paid amount on Expedia for added tax as we were staying two nights ( this despite Expedia saying we were paid in full). This was in ADDITION to paying over 350 a night for what turned out to be a smelly, tiny sunken room with only one small window... to a hallway with a loud ice machine, oh and I almost forgot the very lumpy, bumpy bed. When we had to leave abruptly the next morning due to a medical emergency and didn't stay the second night, they promised they would refund the $70 two night tax we were required to pay on our arrival but never kept their word. I recommend saving your money and staying at a motel for $ 80 a night for better comfort and service.

This should be more advertised as a motel . Reception was closed when I arrived early and was told to come back after 3 pm Nothing special Staff Barely smiling and lacking basic hospitality. very convenient location and parking , Bed was dangerously high, old and noisy . I Won’t be back there . Sorry to say .

Hotel has a great location. As far as the rest goes was just upsetting and so disappointing. Fire place not working,hot tub broken.The answer from the front desk was call the manager,nothing I can do because you booked through Expedia .No one around to help with maintenance of the rooms.Practically paid so much $$$$$ for a basic outdated room.

<$100 quality of $263 per night price tag. Good location as it is walkable to many great spots. The place had character but everything was outdated. Sunken bed, thin walls and ceilings, water pressure in the shower, soaps and shampoo…all could use an upgrade to justify the cost.
