We enjoyed our stay . The restaurant has a huge delay on getting food ready but it’s due to only having one restaurant open as supposed to both. All their staff actually expects the tip which is rare since everywhere else in Guatemala they aren’t. I love their flexibility on checking in & out. We will definitely come back.

The hotel is old but maintained decently. The grounds are beautifully maintained as well. Their elevator was extremely slow and unpredictable. No extractor in the bathrooms and no A/C in the hallways. They have mini splits in the rooms - hard to adjust. So a lingering musty smell cause my allergies to flare up. The staff, breakfast buffet, and the convenience of having a hair salon was surprisingly superb.
