The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless the girl that cleaned our room was lovely
. We had a fantastic view of the beach from our room. The breakfast staff was great cleaning the tables as soon as people had left them and keeping on top of things and very friendly.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room size was great for 2 with a balcony. The pictures look a bit better than it actually is. Just a little worn out. The buffet was excellent, but the quality of the meats were a little underwhelming. More fast food like… The only thing that bothered us was the fact that we would have to pay for our towels to use for the pool. So, people would reuse the towels and let them hang dry on the balcony so they were visible from the pool, which made it look kind of old school and not very pleasant to look at. Location wise it’s 30 minutes from the main city, just FYI
A great place for a family break. Great location, well-equipped room with a great view from the balcony. There was a great variety of food for breakfast including omelettes and pancakes freshly cooked by the chef. Es Canar is a nice town with excellent beaches nearby (hotel pools too) and a good choice of restaurants.
The food was honestly very poor and cheap quality produce. The rooms weren’t clean : coffee marks on the cupboards, grease marks on the surfaces, dirty kettle, floor was dirty with sand and clumps of dust. There were stains on the sofas too. The room look like they have been refurbished cheaply, wallpaper hanging off, very outdated kitchen appliances too. The plastic balcony railing is very dangerous and wobbles so please consider if travelling with young children. Most of the staff look like they don’t want to be there (except the cleaning crew who were lovely). The reception staff weren’t even able to tell us what the wifi password was and we had to ask for beach towels instead of being given them straight away at check in. Good pool facilities for children.

Everything was good , the rooms , the housekeeping, the maids . The thing that lets it all down are the staff in the kitchen , the food every lunchtime was cold even fresh food they brought out was cold , in the end we stopped going for food .
Stayed at the one bedroom apartments, great sea view, friendly staff particularly bar staff at the rose bar. Comfortable bed and 2 comfortable sofa beds in living room area, spacious bedroom, nice balcony. Only negatives are no tv in bedroom, walls are a bit thin and no mirror in the bedroom. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again.
great location although loud entertainment across the bay, room is good. Unexpected massive parking charge per night.
big family hotel otherwise

Nice pool, great kids area and excellent breakfast. Location was quite nice for a quiet holiday. However this was all let down by the accommodation itself. We were in the “apartments”, which was an ugly block of rooms just outside of the hotel. The room we had initially was on the 4th floor and smelt really bad and the bathroom was dingy and so we asked to move. We were moved, after an extended period of waiting around to walk to the right person, and were offered a “downgrade” to a room on the 1st floor of the same block. This room was much cleaner and the bathroom less dingy, however the front door didn’t fully shut. We did ask to be moved but there were no other rooms available in the entire hotel apparently for the three final nights. We went to the pool and came back to our apartment (which was next to the sunbathing area) fully open - the cleaners had either not shut it, or because the door didn’t close properly, they’d tried and it didn’t work. We booked somewhere else and left.
Good value for money and would highly recommend it.
However the staff do need to be more patient and not be so speculating.
Other than that lovely place very family based.
Thank you
The beach is directly accessible from the pool area. The indoor areas are well air-conditioned. The food is simple but still quite good. There are different options available every day, and the dishes change regularly. The hotel also offers various daily activities organized by the entertainment team.
Now for the negative aspects. The walls throughout the hotel are dirty and stained. The shower is covered with mold. The wardrobes are worn out and, in some places, badly damaged. The Wi-Fi in the rooms hardly works at all, so you are forced to use your mobile data instead. Even the sensor above the room entrance door is covered with mold. Another major issue is the sunbeds around the pool. They are almost always occupied. Even before the pool officially opens in the morning, guests come down to reserve sunbeds with their towels without actually using them. As a result, it is nearly impossible to find a free sunbed during the day. Another downside is the hotel’s location in relation to the island’s main attractions. It is quite far from the popular hotspots, so you have to drive a considerable distance to reach places such as the town center and other points of interest.
Parking is also a major problem. Finding a parking space nearby is extremely difficult, so you are practically forced to rent a parking space from the hotel, which costs €15 per day. This is a significant additional expense that should be taken into account when planning your stay.
