CHECK-IN Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions. The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions. Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply: Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.
