Everything was wonderful! The hotel was spotless and the staff was so wonderful and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the elevator did not work for the days that we were at the hotel, which made it difficult to transport our luggage and have to go up and down the stairs every day. Other than that, I cannot wait to stay at the hotel once again.

We loved this property! The lobby was good looking, big breakfast area and well planned. Our room was awesome! We had a king suite with mountain view. Big windows, comfortable furniture, huge bathroom.

The room was clean and quiet. There is a daily parking charge which was a surprise for this level of a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.I was at this hotel for five days and it never got better. I skipped the free breakfast on the last day and went across the street to the I Hop restaurant. I found the potatoe dish that was served to be especially bad. The buffet needs fresh fruit and not the sorry, bruised ,tiny apples that were in a bowl. Also one of the elevators was out of service for the entire week that I stayed at this hotel. And the one that was operating would shutter and shake.

After reading the reviews of surrounding properties having bed bugs, i decided to book here and I’m so glad i did. Not only was it bug free but it was clean, spacious, comfy and convenient to have a nice free breakfast buffet. My kids loved the room and were thrilled with our visit here.
