This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.

Lovely place, friendly staff and breakfast was very good. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. The staff at the restaurant, pool and front desk were very good. The AC would not cool the room much. We called for service and the solution was to set the temp at 10ºC, but the room temp never changed. We had to call for an extra pillow three times. The wifi outside of the room is not great. The gym is too small for such a large hotel. Long waits due to only three working treadmills.

Me gustó que hubo música en la noche, la comida en los restaurantes del hotel excelente. El centro comercial de alfrente no ofrece muchas opciones, hay muchos locales vacíos.
