"We were there during the hurricane.The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe, well fed and entertained as we dealt with this catastrophe. Many of the staff hadn't been home in days. Didn't know if they had a home to go to or even if family members were okay. But they continued to take care of us with a positive attitude always. Even during the hurricane they continued to serve excellent food throughout the day. The Managers all jumped in to help with housekeeping, cooking,serving and cleaning. Special mention for Rhodene who was wonderful. Always resolving issues with a smile. I will definitely return and I highly recommend Iberostar. "

"During my stay we endured Hurricane Melissa. Due to the circumstances I was unable to enjoy majority of the amenities offered. I appreciate the staff for making sure everyone was safe during this time and also putting our safety before their own families. Would love to go back during a different season to get the full experience."

"Friendly staff, especially front desk and bellman service. Good breakfast selections, clean rooms. Great views, didn’t see any beach access though maybe that was available at the sister property. "
