The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was just as pictured. We have stayed at several different vacation homes over the years and I am very particular. This vacation home was by far the cleanest and most well stocked with bath towels, kitchen essentials and beach chairs/floats/sand toys! The only thing it could use is maybe some cleaning around the pool area (weeding, deep clean of lounge chairs) but it didn't hinder us from enjoying the pool.Having the access to the golf cart was a bonus!! Made beach trips quick and easy (sometimes was difficult finding a parking spot though), but it is just a short walk to the public beach access. There is actuality several public beach accesses close by if you drive further down. Having the golf cart made exploring easy and fun!Great communication with Scenic Stays. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of promptly. We were .4 miles to public beach. The only problem I had with the beach was that it is private on both sides of the public part! This is crazy ! I would love to see this change wish we knew this before we booked in Santa Rosa Fla. The only problem with the home was the pool area needs to be cleaned up. We had 2 families staying at the house with kids ranging from 10-14\. The house was perfect for our group! It was clean and well appointed. The pool is very small but was enough to relax in after time at the beach. The golf cart was so nice to have. Public beach access parking was at a premium so most days we used the golf cart to get the big stuff there and the rest of the group just walked to the beach (just under half mile easy walk).
