Sitting on a .25 acre lot nestled into a private fenced tree covered area ...it will allow for unwinding, relaxing and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings of an old beach town. The front entrance of the home welcomes you right away, enter into the sweet little front porch, take off your flip flops and enjoy the natural surroundings! Once inside, the open concept floorplan welcomes you. The open living room, filled with natural light, provides ample seating for you to relax. The kitchen, dining room and Sunroom which peers out over a lush landscape and a view of the birds perched on their houses. Everyone will find a cozy space to play, conversate, laugh and just be together! The Queen Bedroom on the first floor offers a private bath and access to the backyard and pool area. Travel up the custom stairwell landing and find a second floor that includes a large private master king suite with private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The adjoining master bathroom includes new high end finishes , a soaking tub and tiled shower. Down the hallway to the left is where the kids or teens will find their own special hideout. We wanted to bring our dog with us on vacation and that limited our options. Saltseeker however surpassed all other properties by far and allowed us to bring our dog! The house, pool and property are comfortable, convenient, and private. It is an easy walk to the beach. Beach in the morning, shops and attractions in the afternoon, swim in the pool as we used the grill in the evening. Great time! House was beautiful and clean with 3 masters and a bunk room, plenty of room for the family. Heated in ground pool (extra charge for heating) very nice. Location in neighborhood close to a public beach access. Communication with host excellent with quick reply times. The only negative, which hosts have no control of, is construction in the neighborhood, across the street and directly behind the property next to the pool lanai. The property was exactly as pictured and the location could not have been better. We loved the neighborhood and could hear the ocean when outside. Easy walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride to the beach. We had a minor issue with internet and Shawna went above an beyond to resolve quickly. Kitchen had everything we needed and property is very comfortable and decor is inviting. There is a lot of construction in the area in general and was loud at times during the day. Not specific to this property but should be aware if you need quiet after 7am. I should not that this seemed to be the case along 30A. The house was beautiful and stocked with just about everything we could have needed. Shawna was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed it very much. Pros: Very well decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, ensuite bathrooms, 6 seater golf cart, close to the beach, pool on property, TVs in every room, and almost fully enclosed yard for pets (one of our pets figured out how to get out near the front porch!). Quiet neighborhood and so close to the beach. We had everything we needed. One note - we had two older teens and thought the bunk room would be fine, but it was a little too small for them. We loved the quiet location away from the huddle and bustle but still close to the beach. The beds were super comfy! We could have used a couple more days. We absolutely loved the pool. Exactly as described in the listing. The golf cart was great to have for trips to the beach and for dinners out nearby. Kitchen was stocked and initial supplies of laundry detergent, dish washer tabs and dish soap provided along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. They have thought of every possible need and filled it before you knew you needed it. Plenty of space to spread out. The golf cart was very handy to get all 6 of us to the beach since car parking was minimal beachside. Saltseeker is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities: modern, comfortable furniture, beautiful art, well-stocked kitchen, large fenced backyard, private pool, and garage. We have stayed in approximately twenty 30A houses over the years and this is absolutely one of the nicest. And it is so close to the beach - a 5 to 7 minute walk. A couple surprises were that there was not a "public" bathroom in the house (all were in bedrooms), and the bunk room is teeny tiny - good for small kids but not great for bigger kids or adults. All bedrooms had televisions (two in the bunk room), lamps, nightstands, and additional furniture that made them very comfortable and "just like home, but nicer." The enclosed porch was also well appointed and extremely helpful when members of our party had online work meetings or wanted quiet time. It was also a great place to leave the dogs when we left the house. Finally, our host Shawna was extremely helpful and communicative, immediately responding to emails from our first contact to the end of our stay. So much attention to detail - made us feel at home. The house, itself, is gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked! We loved that we could bring our dog. The location is also perfect. So close to the beach - just a quick 5 minute walk. Loved that the bikes and golf cart were included in the rental. The owners were so easy to deal with! Many great memories made during our stay! We would definitely stay here again!
