The property management was fantastic and responsive and very polite. The house itself was alright, but could use a little TLC (one bathroom door wouldn’t lock, patio door was very hard to open, one patio door handle is broken, patio table is rusty). Previous reviews indicated there is no dish soap, not enough toilet paper or paper towels, - so no surprise there. Overall we had a great stay and we enjoyed the beach during November but I would not stay here again. ##### Kristen S. We were a bit disappointed that certain amenities weren’t provided such as beach towels and had a few issues with a toilet not flushing properly, clogged sinks and broken drawers. It was me, 5 teenagers and three small children. Perfect size property with 4 full bathrooms!! The open floor plan allowed for everyone getting to spend time together while cooking was has happening in the kitchen, games were happening at the table and relaxing was taking place in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with pots pans and utensils. The laundry machines off the kitchen were also really convenient. The views were amazing!!! The beach was a 75’ walk away and you didn’t have to drag your cart a 1/4-mile with all of your beach gear! The back deck served as our gathering place in the evening with a charcoal grill and an expansive reach all the way across the back of the property. We enjoyed it every night. If your goal is to spend time with the family and relax ON THE BEACH, then there is no more perfect place than this!! ##### James L. Great for our multiple family vacation. Finally a vrbo that stocks enough linens! The downstairs bedroom doesn’t cool off well though. The house needs to be deep cleaned, we had to wash everything we took out of the drawers... it was pretty gross.
