Con piscina privada climatizada y excelentes vistas del lago, la playa y el Golfo, esta casa se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta para una escapada tranquila de su familia, a solo un corto trayecto en coche de todo lo que Scenic 30A tiene para ofrecer. Con capacidad para 12 invitados y a solo 100 yardas de nuestras famosas playas de arena blanca como el azúcar y el golfo de México de color caribeño, It’s All Good tiene 5 habitaciones, 4 baños y salas de estar tanto para adultos como para niños. El primer piso de la casa cuenta con un garaje para 1 automóvil y una entrada interior que conduce al pasillo embaldosado que lo lleva directamente al área de la piscina privada cercada. A la izquierda del pasillo, encontrará la escalera que conduce a los pisos superiores y un baño completo compartido con bañera / ducha. A la derecha del pasillo hay un dormitorio con literas, que cuenta con dos literas integradas (4 gemelas), un centro de entretenimiento que tiene una gran TV LCD y un reproductor de Blu-Ray. El segundo piso es su entrada a la casa. El gran porche abierto con balancines Adirondack, así como una cómoda disposición de asientos acolchados, mira hacia el Golfo con vistas a la playa y las dunas. Entra por la puerta principal y entra a la cómoda sala de estar abierta con pisos de madera. La gran sala de estar cuenta con 2 áreas de descanso separadas: una que incluye un televisor LCD de pantalla grande y un reproductor de Blu-Ray, y la otra un área de conversación perfecta, ideal para leer o mezclar una bebida en el bar con fregadero, máquina para hacer hielo y refrigerador para vinos. El comedor tiene una larga mesa de madera con capacidad para 8-10\. La cocina completamente renovada ofrece hermosas superficies de cuarzo, cocina eléctrica, lavaplatos, microondas y refrigerador de dos puertas verticales con dispensador de hielo y agua en la puerta. La barra de desayuno ofrece asientos adicionales para 6\. Siga el pasillo hasta el balcón trasero con asientos Adirondack que dan a la piscina y al lago. Un baño completo con bañera / ducha y tocador con lavamanos doble se encuentra en el pasillo, que es compartido por dos habitaciones. La habitación queen tiene un baño privado con azulejos con bañera / ducha, armario, ventilador de techo, TV LCD grande, reproductor de Blu-Ray, mesitas de noche y balcón privado con asientos Adirondack con vista a la piscina y al lago. La suite principal cuenta con un gran baño con azulejos con bañera, ducha separada y tocador con lavamanos doble. El enorme vestidor es lo suficientemente grande como para un pack-n-play. El maestro tiene una cama king, mesitas de noche y lámparas, sillón, silla con otomana, ventilador de techo, tocador con gran televisor LCD y reproductor de Blu-Ray. Balcón privado con cómodos asientos mira hacia el Golfo con vistas a la playa y las dunas. It was super close to the beach and I loved that we were on a dead-end road so there was no traffic and it was so quiet. My only problem was the pool. The garage had tons of outdoor equipment. We watched the ocean on the front porch and the lake on the back. Just perfect! I’d love to know the paint color of the walls - I’d love to paint my house the same color. The kitchen is so well-equipped. We cooked dinner every night. Lots of dishes and measuring cups and pots. The back of the house had access to a pond where we rented kayaks. The house was well equipped. ##### erica m. The property manager, Julia, was great with communication. The problems were with cleanliness And maintenance. The home has been remodeled and is lovely in decor. However I went to get something that fell in the sofa and their were so many food crumbs, hairs etc and it was disgusting. Toilet paper rods falling of walls, rust all around home and pool walls were green and not scrubbed. Unsure if owner lives nearby to see these things. Half of our group wouldn’t use the pool because of condition. Lots of windows in need of replacing as well. If my home, would want to know and especially have maintenance And cleaning crew fix these problems. 24 years on 30A and worst rental condition. Wanted to love it :( ##### Stacy M. It is spacious and comfortable, and we had 13 people. The pool is awesome to have at the end of the day! We also had a great time kayaking on the lake behind us. Everything was perfect! ##### Jef S. The beach was an easy walk down the street with a flat access and the pool was great when we were tired of the beach. There were plenty of areas to get away from the larger group and plenty of room for us to be together as well. The bar with wine fridge and ice maker was great. The beds and linens were comfortable. The best thing was that the garage was FULL of beach toys, chairs, wagons, bikes, life jackets, etc. You won’t need to rent any chairs or wagons. Seven of my dearest friends and I (all of us in our late fifties-mid sixties) spent three nights in this home and had a blast! The walk to the beach wasn't difficult and the beach was beautiful. The pool at the house was nice, but wasn't as clean as it should have been. We reported the problem, but no one ever showed up to clean the pool. We didn't use the pool much because of this issue; the swarming love bugs also made things unpleasant, but of course we understand that they are seasonal.
