Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. \- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts. \- This home has a video/audio capturing doorbell mounted by the door and/or exterior cameras for safety. \- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads. Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. \- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. The first year home was in excellent shape but this year many problems which had not been taken care of. In addition, the management company failed to let us know the AC was out in the carriage house which we needed for our family. Also, numerous problems with home such as pool heater not working, closet lights not working, a keyed lock on upstairs bathroom enabling access, elevator not working, pool not cleaned, interior floor rugs dirty, master bedroom sheets not fitting, and the list goes on and on. Sorry to say but this is a fabulous home when taken care of but not this trip. I reported all of items to management company (Dune) who did their best to remedy issues but most were not fixed during our stay. I requested some partial refund for the problems while on vacation and they offered a minimal credit. Not sure the owner is aware of issues. Our grandchildren LOVED the pool. The oldest child is 7 and they loved jumping in the hot tub, then into the pool. We enjoyed sitting the times we could just sit and visit, watch ball games while the kids were entertained in the pool. At first I thought the house was not located convenient to the Watercolor pools, but soon discovered riding golf carts to get around Watercolor adds to the fun. This property is AMAZING! Our family has been renting in Watercolor for the last 20 years and this is by far one of the top rentals. Watercolor is such a fun town but this house brought the trip to the next level. We spent so much time in the spa/pool and outside living spaces. The kitchen had SO much room- 2 big fridges and an actual pantry. A lot of rentals don’t have this which makes it hard for big groups. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen because it was so pleasant.
