Across the street from OUR CONDO you have a lovely boutique, local jewelry design shop, a Salon, a bike rental shop and a natural food restaurant. One mile to the ever popular 'Bud 'n Alleys', Cafe 30A (IN SEASIDE) (a noted Class A Cuisine) (You can't miss the Florida Fish House(dueling piano night is the best). One of the best seafood markets is just a block away (Goatfeathers) and they will prepare your food for you. There are 6 State Parks . Every Saturday is the Farmers Market in Seaside and on Sundays there is a Farmers Market in Rosemary Beach. (lots of special finds ie: creams from Africa, homemade candles and soaps, jewelry, jellies, spices, homemade breads and pastries...and SO MUCH MORE! FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FROM LOCAL FARMERS!!!

Beachcrest has a parking lot right in front of the building. There is a bike rack on the parking lot and plenty of carts for easy 'moving in' to the condo. Two elevators and an open entrance provide plenty of room for your arrival with luggage racks to help you get your things to the condo.
