The property backs up to a beautiful pine tree filled preserve for privacy and quiet. The home is professionally decorated and spotless. The design is also well done as the actual living areas are in the rear of the home overlooking a wonderful heated pool and fire pit area. Our four kids enjoyed the home so much that they actually spent more time with us instead of with all of their friends at the beach and other areas of Seaside. The homeowners are your direct contact for the property and were truly amazing. They made certain all of our needs and questions were always addressed. There was a significant hiccup with the housekeeper at checkin but owner was very responsive and helpful. We had 12 family members (2 infants; 4 kids ages 2-6; 6 adults. Pool in backyard was great. Rains in June and community pools close 30 min after lightening. We enjoyed the amenities at the home and the pool was a big hit with the grandkids. The location of the home and the access to Watercolor pools and activities was a real plus for our group. The golf cart and bikes helped make it easy to get around. Beautiful home with great hosts who were very informative during the booking process and attentive to any requests we had during our stay.
